Lillian Trigg of Rochester reserve the right to modify these terms and or conditions without notice and by use of this web site you recognize that it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time.

Terms and conditions:

1.1. Goods are not sold for evaluation. Please ensure you order carefully.

1.2. We reserve the right to refuse and or cancel any order, at any time without any reason.

1.3. You can cancel your order at any time up to the time of dispatch without penalty.
The buyer is responsible for all postage costs including returns.

1.4. Goods can be ordered online or phone. Payment may be by Credit/Debit card (online only), cheque, postal order or credit transfer with prior arrangement

1.5. Orders can only be accepted for delivery to your billing address, or Paypal verified address. We are not liable for any late deliveries once goods are dispatched.

1.6 Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.

1.7 We reserve the right to change the prices and/or delivery methods without notice.

1.8 Overseas Customers will be invoiced for the Additional Postal Costs If Necessary.

1.9 Lillian Trigg of Rochester accepts no responsibility for any items dispatched via First Class Post non recorded.

2 Delivery of :

2.1. All goods will be subject to availability.

2.2. Any delivery dates are given in good faith. We cannot be liable for any failure to effect delivery of the whole or part of any order due to any events, errors or any other circumstances. If dispatch is unduly delayed we will notify you as soon possible.

2.3. Goods MUST be checked for physical damage before signing to accept
delivery from the courier. If the goods are damaged or broken, please DO NOT
sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible.


 2.4 Please inspect your goods very carefully. In the unlikely event of faulty goods please
email linda@lilliantrigg.co.uk within 3 days of receipt.
Any fault free goods returned must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
If you fail to comply with these terms you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

2.5 Please note goods are NOT sold on a sale or return basis.

2.6 We will not be responsible charges, rental charges, loss of profits,
charges, expenses, any other charges, loss nor consequential loss or damage
as a result of delivery delays, incorrect goods or defective goods being
delivered to its customers.

3. Quality of goods

3.1. As we are not the manufacturer of the goods, all warranties, conditions
and other terms implied by statute or common law (except as to title) are,
subject to above, expressly excluded. However, we will endeavour to pass on
to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer in
respect of the goods.

4.1. Description of goods on the website are given in good faith but
such goods are liable to change in specification by the manufacturers without notice.

4.2. Although every care is given to providing accurate descriptions and
